RapidRac™

SolarMount®

The SolarMount System is engineered for the maximum flexibility possible in designing and installing your PV arrays. Mount modules flush or tilt them in any of three modes. Place racks on pitched or flat roofs or on the ground. Select a module mounting system in concert with your preferred assembly sequence. Installer-friendly components, such as rails, are incorporated into other major product lines. See also Building Integration below.

SunFrame®

The SunFrame System, primarily for pitched roofs, was designed from the outset to promote superior aesthetics. Modules are flush mounted in low, gap-free rows, and visible components match clear or dark module frames. See also Building Integration below.

SolarMount®/S-5!™

A standing-seam metal roof can be an effective location for a PV array. SolarMount top-mounting clamps teamed with a specially designed S-5! clamp provide an easy, inexpensive solution without penetrating the roof.

PV PoleMounts™

UniRac has designed and manufactured a complete line of pole-mounted racks. Mount from 5 watts to more than 100 square feet of PV modules per pole. Adjustable side-of-pole and poletop racks come in a range of sizes, all of them incorporating installer-friendly SolarMount rails. In addition, we offer small, fixed-tilt racks for side-of-pole mounting.

U-LA™ (UniRac Large Array)

UniRac Large Arrays start at 3 kilowatts, but their size is limited only by the acerage of ground sites or the size and structural strength of flat roofs. U-LAs are always custom. We design them for particular code requirements and unique site conditions. U-LA aluminum or steel components merge with SolarMount rails and installer supplied steel pipe (readily available) to form durable, rigid truss structures.

SML

Lower-cost SML rail employs 38 percent less aluminum than SolarMount standard rail, yet it’s more than strong enough for flush applications. Use the same top mounting clamps and footing components that make SolarMount standard rail so easy to install.
