Unirac is committed to employee wellness as well as helping to reduce our employees environmental footprint. Unirac offers an employee subsidy program that provides incentive and reimburses employees who carpool, take public transport, bike to work or drive alternative fuel vehicles.
In addition, Unirac also offers employees a fitness subsidy to join a health club or participate in some form of physical fitness as a way to promote health and wellness and work-life balance. Unirac offers each employee a subsidy with participation in:
- Carpool or take public transportation
- Drive an alternative fuel vehicle to work
- Bike to work
Unirac also offers employees a yearly subsidy if they commit to and submit receipts for any of the following activities:
- Health club membership
- Health screenings
- Athletic league participation
- Wellness programs and/or health education (e.g stop smoking, nutrition, etc)
- Purchase of sporting equipment
